Earned some diamonds and not knowing how to spend them without wasting their use? Let's take a look into the methods on how diamonds could be spent.

1. Shop, Goblin Peddler and/or Black Market:

(i)Purchase items: Based on item.
There are some purple equipment you can find from the EXP Salve chests. They are mainly items from raids in chapter 7 and 8, including the Lv 81 boots. My guess are those items that only require 20 fragments instead of 50 fragments. So don't use your precious diamonds on these items where they can be obtained using coins. The chance of getting them is higher as you level up.

(ii)Purchase hero soulstones: 40 each.
I recommend NOT to buy SS using diamonds as 40 is really alot. Why not spend 50 diamond for 120 Energy, where you can hunt more SS and some item/fragment this way? Other than Buster (chapter 10/11 >> 20 food per stage), I don't think spending 40 diamonds on a single SS is reasonable. Oh wait.. even spending on a single Buster SS is still not worth it if you do some calculations.

40diamond = 1SS
50diamond = 120energy = 6 rounds = 0~4SS

Even if you get no SS from the 6 rounds, the amount of coins, EXP potions, team EXP and items/fragments you get from doing 6 heroic stages are still better than 1SS overall. Unless you really need that 1 ss to promote.

2. "Cost over Uses" methods:
(i)Purchase Energy/Food: 50, 50, 100...
This is one of the best methods to spend your diamonds. At first, you might think that "50 diamonds for 120 food is quite expensive, I would rather wait for it to regenerate back." Think again, that 120 food allows you level up + get items/soulstones faster, means you can train your heroes at a faster rate, get to a higher ranking in arena, which in turn gives back more diamonds. Not to mention that spending more food gives GP to the guild, where the GM/Elders will open more raids, and you will get more loots! However, I suggest you can spend at most 2 times as the 3rd time onwards cost 100 diamonds, which is double the usual cost. I suggest maximum twice daily, unless there are events that gives rewards that are worth spending.

(ii)Purchase Power Bun: 50+
Do you think spending 50 diamonds to have a CHANCE to earn a measly amount of coins and potions is worth it? Even using the golden gauntlet multiple times is better.

(iii)Golden Gauntlet: (10*1), (20*2), (40*5)...
Gives you 20k + Level*100 coins. For the first time it's worth it, as it also gives you the quest completion of some EXP and a small amount of coins. As you can see, the 2nd try onwards, the gauntlet will make you open 2 times, and 5 times in a row respectively, which cost really lots and lots of diamonds, and the amount of coins you get can be obtained from the last 2 rounds of CoF, do you even need to spend 200 diamonds to complete the last 2 rounds of CoF? I don't think so. The first 2 tries are still reasonable, but after that, just no.

(iv)Buying Skill point: 10, 20, 20, 40...
Spending diamonds on skill points aren't really a waste for the 1st 3 times, but from the 4th time onwards, 40 diamonds is alot when it can be used to reset heroic stages twice, which is more worth it. Why not relog every hour to add skill point, you will save diamonds this way.

(v)Purchase Arena/Epic Arena tickets/Reset cooldown: 50+ (VIP 3+ only)
I suggest don't spend on this unless you are sure that you can win your opponent by doing so. 50 diamonds is quite alot.

(vi)Reset Heroic Dungeon: 20, 50, 50, 100... (VIP 2+ only)
Hunting for SS is important, spending 20 diamonds is still okay. 50, still reasonable, but from the 4th time onwards, 100 is too much.

(vii)Premium Props: 120 (VIP 8+ only)
Spending 120 diamonds for 100 energy? I rather you purchase energy where 100 diamonds could still get you 120 energy.

(viii)Refresh Shop: 50+
No, don't do it. It is almost as wasteful as doing instant enchantment.

3. Others:

(i)Open 1/10 Diamond chest(s): 288/2590
Gives you a Mozzarella cheese and a random item from green onwards. If you are lucky, this is one of the best method to spend diamonds as you can get a 3* hero which is 80ss, even if you already acquired the hero, you still get 30ss. However, if your luck is bad, this is actually one of the worst method to spend your diamonds as you can get only items which can be obtained from the 10 coin chests. So if you believe on your luck, just do it. Hahaha.

(ii)Open Mysterious Box: 400 (VIP 11+ only)
Gives you a burger with 6 random items listed, with a chance to get the mystery hero of the week! This is actually better compared to the 10 diamond chests as this is the only way to get the mystery hero, and 400 diamonds for 6 items is way better than spending 2590 diamonds on 10 items.

(iii)Instant Enchantment: Based on equipment rarity. (VIP 7+ only)
This is the worst method to spend diamond as the amount of diamonds you have to spend to enchant a single item is ridiculous. 5090 diamond on a single Orange equipment? I think even spending 2590 on 10 Diamond chests is still better, even if the items suck, you can still use them to enchant your equipment, and you still have your 2500 diamonds left. Really, it's not worth it.

List from Best to Worst method to spend diamonds:
1/2: Purchase Energy/Premium Props(if you decide to spend alot on energy)
3: Open Mysterious Box. (if you are lucky~)
4: Reset Heroic dungeon. (Given that you get the SS..)
5: Open 1/10 Diamond chest(s). (if you are lucky again~)
6: Purchase items. (other than those listed above)
7: Buying Skill points. (4th onwards)
8: Purchase hero soulstones.
9: Purchase Arena/Epic Arena tickets/Reset cooldown.
10: Golden Gauntlet (3rd onwards)
11: Purchase Power Bun.
12: Refresh Shop.
13: Instant Enchantment.
